What’s Your Warrior?

The Army offers a remarkably diverse array of careers that align with what a new generation of job seekers is looking for. But there was an awareness problem. Most saw Army Soldiers as front-line fighters, not as a diverse team of empowered professionals. So, we broadened the traditional definition of a "warrior" and hacked the model of Gen Z’s favorite entertainment franchises to give each of these roles an aspirational identity.
